Boxing
Genesis training academy was built on the fundamentals of boxing. Reading your opponent, predicting their next move, spotting openings, and knowing exactly when to strike! Boxing isn’t just about brute strength or aggression. It’s about strategy! Our curriculum goes beyond the basics, teaching you footwork, technique and combinations. All so you’ll become a well-rounded fighter who understands when to attack and when to hold back.

Kickboxing / Muay Thai
We’ve built a solid foundation in boxing, but our classes go way beyond that! We blend western boxing with muay thai to keep things fresh, exciting, and have some genuine fun! Our Dutch style kickboxing classes focus on explosive combos-mixed punches, kicks, and ways that keep you on your feet and toes. You’ll learn how to throw strikes to the head, body, and legs and will show you how to make the most out of every move. Whether you’re a total beginner or you’ve been at this for years, our classes are for all skill levels. We make sure you get the fundamentals down so you can explore the full range of striking using both your hands and legs with confidence!

kids (Ages 7–12)
Step into our kids class and discover the excitement of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and BJJ — all in one session. Our energetic coaches are experienced fighters who love sharing their skills, following our unique Genesis curriculum. This is where kids pick up the sweet science and have a blast doing it.

kickboxing FITNESS
Join us for a 45-minute high intensity workout, that will improve your flexibility, cardio and overall strength. Our kickboxing fitness classes are a great way to lose weight, reduce stress and improve your overall fitness. Combining heavy bag work with a variety of body weight exercises, burn up to 400 calories in a single workout and leave feeling accomplished, energized and confident in your new striking abilities.

Strength Class
Onnit certified Coach Mike Schultz is brining his unique strength & conditioning program to Genesis Training Academy. Improve your strength and mobility with a variety of kettlebell, steel-mace, steel-club and body weight exercises. Whether you are just looking to get in shape, or fine tune your weapons for an upcoming bout, our strength and conditioning program has something for everyone.

Personal training and conditioning
Stay sharp and push past plateaus with our Continued Conditioning program. This class is designed to improve endurance, mobility, and overall athletic performance through dynamic, high-intensity training. Ideal for those looking to maintain peak fitness and take their training to the next level.

Muay Thai
Knees, elbows, fists and shins. Known as the art of eight limbs for the eight points of contact used during combat, Muay Thai is a fast paced and exciting stand-up martial art originating in Thailand. Originally used for military combat is has been modified into a modern combat sport designed to inflict damage on your opponent while protecting yourself. Learn to use all of your bodies’ natural weapons in a safe and controlled environment with our combination of Thai pad and partner-drills. Graduate to our Advanced Muay Thai classes to add sweeps and clinching to your arsenal.

Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!
We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance
Some days are more strength focused where will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included.
Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!
Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.
The coach will brief on the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.
At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Sign up today!
